arancini: saffron risotto croquettes
bruxelles: brussels sprouts, pancetta, vinaigrette

fegatini: rustic chicken liver crostini, marsala onions

quaglia: grilled quail, pancetta, radicchio, apples, mushrooms

malloreddus: sardinian saffron gnocchetti., crab, sea urchin

fusilli: neopolitan pork shoulder ragu, caciocavallo fonduta

pappardelle al nero di seppia: squid ink pasta ribbons, seppia, mussels, swordfish polpettine

scottaditto di agnello: grilled lamb chops, salsa verde, escarole, tomato, beans

anatra: crispy duck breast, swiss chard alla romana squash, vin santo

panna cotta: vanilla panna cotta, fresh local strawberries, lemon sorbet

bambolini

sorbetti: lime, huckleberry, mango

and then, i pass out from too much food. ^-^;
