i finally went to see the september issue this past weekend. better than i expected. creative director grace coddington was the real star of the movie, yes?
anyways. after, i dragged my cousin to s'mac for a snack. because sometimes, you just need to eat mac & cheese.
[photo: http://www.smacnyc.com/]we tried the 4 cheese mac (cheddar, muenster, gruyere and a touch of pecorino) and the parisienne (creamy brie, roasted figs, roasted shiitake mushrooms & fresh rosemary). although not one that i would have chosen off the menu myself, the parisienne was surprisingly taste-y. there are 12 variety of macs on the menu... cheeseburger and cajun to be sampled next visit...
