xi'an famous foods newly opened location in manhattan. saving a trip out to flushing. the restaurant (i use loosely, as the space is about the size of my bathroom) is well hidden under the manhattan bridge.

savory cumin lamb burger $2.50

liang pi cold skin noodles $4.00

spicy & tingly beef hand-pulled noodles $5.00

chang-an spicy tofu $2.00

best of the bunch was the savory lamb burger. in for a close second was the spicy & tingly beef noodles. i wasn't too much of a fan of the cold noodles. in fact, i popped it in the microwave to make it hot. spicy tofu? well, it's still sitting in my fridge in a nearly full container. it's about ready to be thrown out. o_O
